This position will be responsible for prosecuting and defending a variety of cases, with a focus on constitutional and civil rights litigation, employment litigation, and public policy matters. The OAG is a dynamic state agency with over 4,000 employees and offers excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school, at least three years of experience as a licensed attorney, and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. They should also have knowledge of relevant laws and legal principles, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $7,918.75 - $12,083.34 per month, and the ability to work more than 40 hours as needed.
